Since I was a child, I have always had a great passion for technology and its potential to transform our world. I studied Computer Science at the Politecnico di Milano and have been honing my skills in self-taught programming since 1986.
Already during my studies I opened one of the first Internet providers and Maintainers of domains in Italy. The offer was aimed at companies that were starting to feel the need to explore the Internet, providing them with the first dedicated connections, domains, email services and web infrastructures to host sites and applications.
However, I always knew that I wanted to build something of my own – a company that could make a real difference in people’s lives. In [Year], I took the leap and founded Codi IT Service.
Starting from scratch, I poured my heart and soul into the business, working day and night to create a team of talented professionals, develop innovative solutions, and establish a reputation for excellence.
Professional Highlights
The experience accumulated over the years and the continuous technological updating path that still fascinates me, allows me to better evaluate the needs of a customer and to build and propose adequate, efficient and affordable solutions.
I follow all the processes for the customer, maintaining relationships with him as the only interlocutor despite a team of professionals being available to satisfy every type of need.
I have collaborated with and for national and international companies, compensating their needs and often transferring knowledge and experience. I thus found myself among the very first smartphone developers in the Apple and Android world, collaborating with the most important System Integrators on the market, such as Accenture and Altran Italia.
IBM Partner, I was awarded as the smartest company in 2003, for having developed a social content analysis system with IBM technology.
I have studied and implemented technical and application solutions in various markets on behalf of small, medium and large companies, including foreign ones.
Self-taught in computer science, I studied English and programming manuals in C from the age of 13, experimenting with the first computers, going through ZX SPECTRUM, COMMODORE, Olivetti (M24 was the first purchase with my savings) and IBM. I had fun experimenting with the first Hacking Hardware, self-built 1200bps Modems that exploited VHF radios because the telephone line was too expensive, creating one of the first BBS (Bullettin Board System) in Italy in collaboration with friends!! With the 56K US Robotics I then began to attend the first Computer Engineering course at the Polytechnic of Milan in 1991 and at the same time computer science lessons at the State University of Information Sciences, later interrupting them to have undertaken the career path.
Thanks to the experience I have acquired, I believe I have an excellent ability to understand the needs of the client, and to be able to evaluate solutions and proposals that respect the technological context adequate to the timing needs and economic resources available.
An important evaluation that is often underestimated is the impact on company resources, which I believe I know how to evaluate best in all phases of the project, development and execution, processes that I personally follow and coordinate for all clients.
